Studio Terms & Conditions — NINEL Studio
General rules
For security purposes, video surveillance is conducted in the common areas of the studio.
You can use any props located in the common area, then return them to their place.
Backgrounds and light modifiers for lamps can only be changed by the administrator.
At the same time, up to 7 people can be in the studio (including photographers, videographers, stylists, make-up artists, children and their parents, accompanying persons, etc.).
In the event that more than 7 people participate in the photo session, there will be an additional charge of €10 for each additional person (children under 5 years old — no extra charge).
If more than 7 people participate in the photo session, you must notify the studio administration in advance.
Street shoes are not allowed in photo studios. All participants must take off their shoes, change into replacement shoes, put on shoe covers, or use studio slippers.
The administrator has the right to refuse entry to the studio without replacement shoes or shoe covers.
The client must bring shoes with clean soles for the shoot.
For shooting on a cyclorama, masking tape must be glued to the soles of the shoes.
The rented photo studio must be left in the same condition it was in before the start of your work.
The administration reserves the right to interrupt your photo session without a refund if the rules of the studio are violated.
Responsibility
The tenant undertakes to familiarise all participants of the photo shoot with the rules of the studio, and is responsible for their actions on the territory of the studio.
During the entire stay in the photo studio, the tenant is responsible for the safety of the equipment, furniture and props.
In case of damage to property, the tenant undertakes to reimburse all costs that the studio will incur in the process of eliminating the damage.
Booking made on this site means agreement with the rules of the studio.
The studio is not responsible for physical damage to the participants of the rental caused by the use of equipment, furniture or other items of the studio.
Your time
The start of your rental time is the time you booked, not the actual start of filming.
If you need to do preparatory work (for example, installing decor), take this into account when calculating your time, since this happens during the period you booked.
Dismantling and cleaning are also carried out during the booked time, after which you are obliged to vacate the filming room, leaving it in its original state.
The duration of a filming hour is 55 minutes; the remaining 5 minutes are for tidying up and collecting your belongings before the next guests.
If you have a lot of things or props, take this into account so that you can allocate more time for cleaning and vacate the premises on time.
If you need to extend the rental, contact the administrator to find out if this is possible.
The minimum extension time is 30 minutes.
Booking / Payment / Cancellation
Minimum booking time is 1 hour.
You can pay for the rent by credit card. Payment must be made immediately upon booking on the website.
You can cancel the booking 24 hours in advance (the payment will be returned).
If you cancel the booking less than 24 hours in advance, the payment will not be returned.
If the studio is booked for 3 hours or more, the payment will be returned if you cancel the booking 1 week or more in advance.
You can transfer the booking to another day once.
Cyclorama
It is strictly forbidden to walk along the curves of the cyclorama or to exert any other influence that may damage the corners or walls of the cyclorama.
Only clean shoes that do not leave marks may be worn on the cyclorama. If necessary, the soles can be sealed with tape.
If the cyclorama is damaged, the tenant is obliged to pay for the repairs in full. If there is severe contamination, the tenant must pay for painting the cyclorama.
Bath with warm water
If you need to fill the bath with warm water, you must inform us in advance.
The minimum booking time is 2 hours. The last 15 minutes are technical — the administrator drains the water and cleans while you are getting ready.
If you use additional props in the bath (petals, flowers, fruits, etc.), you must first remove all the props and only then drain the water.
Dressing room
You need to book a dressing room separately.
The cost of one work place is €8/hour.
When booking a photo studio for 4 hours or more, 1 work place in the dressing room is provided free of charge.
Pets in the studio
Photo sessions with animals are possible only after prior agreement with the administration.
Your pet must be trained to relieve itself outside. If it is trained to do so on a diaper, you must ensure that the diaper is in the studio during the photo session.
Your pet's paws must be clean and dry. Upon arrival at the studio, you must immediately take care of this.
Any traces left by your pet must be immediately removed.
If the pet damages the property of the studio, its owner is obliged to compensate for the material damage.
You are not allowed in the studio:
– use flour, paints, confetti, oils, flammable materials, sparklers and other items that can pollute or damage the studio;
– drink alcohol, be intoxicated, or smoke;
– bring food and drinks (except when used as props during a photo shoot). Be sure to agree with the administration.
If you need to use large confetti, feathers and other large props — be sure to agree with the administration.
Large confetti, feathers and other similar props can be used when booking a studio for at least 2 hours, provided that the last 30 minutes are spent cleaning.
In case of violation, the studio may impose a fine of up to €100 and refuse to provide further services.
Fees for violation of rules:
– being in the photo studio in street shoes — €20;
– leaving the studio in a state requiring cleaning — €40;
– soiling the cyclorama requiring painting — €40;
– damage to the bends or walls of the cyclorama — €200;
– damage to equipment, furniture and other items — in the amount of the cost or repair of the damaged item.
