1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply when booking and using the photo studio services via the website.

By placing a booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment / payment confirmation is received.
• Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• If you book on behalf of others or a company, you are responsible for the accuracy of the provided details.

3. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellation/rescheduling rules may be stated in the Studio Rules and/or your booking confirmation.
• Where refunds apply, they are processed to the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

4. Use of the studio and liability

• You must follow the Studio Rules and use equipment responsibly.
• You are liable for any damage to the studio’s property and agree to compensate losses.
• We may refuse service or terminate the rental if rules are breached or there is a safety risk.

5. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, design, logos) belongs to the studio or the rightful owners and may not be used without permission.

6. Complaints and disputes

We aim to resolve issues amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
